Everyone, relax. It’s just another out-of-touch northeastern liberal making a fool of herself. Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey decided to weigh in on the crazy theater produced by Texas Democrats, who fled to Illinois to deny the state legislature a quorum. The special session is trying to push through a new congressional map that Democrats think is unfair because it gives the GOP five new seats. These new districts are majority Hispanic, another sign of how Democrats have bottomed out with voters.

Healey is threatening to redraw her state’s congressional maps, following Texas’ overhaul, but it’s a funny statement because her state has no Republican district. There hasn’t been a Republican House Member from the Bay State since the Cabot Lodge family was dominant. Okay, not really, but it’s been over 30 years.

In all of New England - MASS, CT, RI, NH, VT and Maine - there are 21 congressfolk, ALL of which are Democrats. I don’t expect the Rs to be hurt by redistricting there bc there is nothing the Dems can take away.

Just as an interesting little side note.

The article references the “Cabot” family as a GOP family from Mass....which is also the family of the guy who’s wife was caught with that CEO at the Coldplay Concert that went viral last week.

Specifically, Andrew Cabot was married to the little blonde cheater Kristin Cabot, caught on the Coldplay kiss cam. The Cabots are a wealthy old money New England family

This is the basic problem for the Left. They have gained and held onto power in the USA with lies because they had control of the Media. They no longer control enough of the Media to control the narrative, and their lies are exposed to a majority of voters. The Mediacracy is dead.

The best Trump did in Massachusetts was in Bristol County, adjacent to Rhode Island, where he received 48.3% of the popular vote and only lost by about 3,600 votes. It is the only county in New England, and perhaps in the whole country, where Portuguese Americans are a plurality of the population, at 30%. As with other whites, their propensity to vote Republican is inversely related to income and level of education. French Americans, largely of Canadian origin, are an additional 19% of the population. Trump did well in those inland Maine counties with large French populations.

Nonetheless, it would be almost impossible to create a Republican congressional district in Massachusetts. There is a trend of decreasing Democratic margins in the non-elite counties in the southeastern and central parts of the state but this may just be a Trump effect.

Biden wanted to pump these Blue state full of illegals that are legally counted in the census for congressional apportionment. These states have lax voting laws, no voter ID and lots of voting and election fraud.
This is the like a recreation of rotten boroughs in UK where some parliamentary districts were created by royal charter and not population apportionment. They were generally under control of lard landowners and aristocracy. In some cases there were only a few hundred people in the district which had the same voting representation as large cities such as Manchester and Birmingham.
I really think that the Dems are trying to create these rotten districts that would eventually be populated by large numbers of not majority of non citizens.
