ICE Barbie Kristi Noem plots sequel to 'Alligator Alcatraz'... set at America's 'bloodiest' prison, where inmates battle raging beasts in the nation's last prison rodeo

Daily Mail can reveal that a new ICE migrant detention center is being rush-built at the Angola state penitentiary in Louisiana, the largest and also one of the most dangerous maximum-security prisons in the United States.

It's also host to 'The Wildest Show in the South!', a raucous rodeo featuring inmates getting tossed around by wild animals for the amusement of thousands of spectators.

With the blessing of Noem and her senior advisor Corey Lewandowski, Governor Jeff Landry has begun to lay the groundwork to open the facility in September, just weeks before the annual Angola Prison Rodeo, according to insiders with knowledge of the matter.

Participation in the rodeo is voluntary but is said to serve as a 'behavioral incentive' for inmates who get to showcase their talents and earn money.

The wild cow milking contest features inmates chasing animals around the arena trying to extract milk.

For convict poker, four inmates play cards at a table in the middle of the arena when 'suddenly, a wild bull is released with the sole purpose of unseating the poker players.'

This headline makes me LOL. These are not wild animals. Inmates aren’t forced to compete. They would sign up to compete.

I can imagine the editors at Daily Mail just wet themselves with excitement writing that headline.

They’re going about this wrong. Tropical prisons where many of the inmates feel like home in terms of temperature. They should create a place in Alaska where it’s way cold and dreary. A place where their homeland is major step up from conditions in Alaska Alcatraz.

W.I.N.N.I.N.G! If they bothered to check, IIRC, most of the participants are proud to get to be in it. Butt, daily mail u.k.

ICE Barbie Kristi Noem

That's pretty low, even for the Daily Mail.

It’s called rodeo, British dumbasses.

There’s also a version outside of prison, where many Hispanics and brown people battle wild animals for money and giant belt buckles.

In the old days, they never even had a fence around that place. Didn’t need it.
It’s kinda on a pennisula caused by a sharp bend in the Mississippi River.
Only one road in and out and the surrounding terrian was heavily stocked with rattlesnakes...lots of em.
They worked em hard from dawn til dusk every single day on the prision farm. Most no one ever made it out by trying to swim across that river. The river current due to that narrow bend is fierce and trying to go by land was equally just as futile. Runmor has it that some of the worst of the worst just “disappeared” in those woods never to be seen or heard from again
Naturally, our bleeding heart RAT lberals over the years put an end to all of that.

They are being ‘processed out of the county’ - not being incarcerated. UNBELIEVABLE.

WTF? Do these folks live on another planet? Prison rodeos used to be held in several states besides Louisiana-they were only stopped in Texas because of unsafe structures and rowdy crowds. The Angola prison rodeo is still a big attraction-and way safer than some of the popular reality shows for sure...

To paraphrase Caretaker from the Longest Yard, if you get hurt that’s 6 weeks in the infirmary. That’s biscuits and gravy

I went to a couple of rodeos back in the day. Funny stuff, but it gets stale after a little while.
