A federal appeals court lifted a judge's order on Friday that prevented the Trump administration from ending union bargaining for federal workers.
Six unions, including the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), had obtained an injunction that was issued by U.S. District Judge James Donato, a lower court judge.
A three-judge panel on the San Francisco-based 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals paused the injunction, which prevented 21 federal agencies from implementing Trump's executive order from March ending union bargaining for federal workers.
“””Trump wins again! “””
Yeah, but.......EPSTEIN!!!!!!!!!!
More and more, no one is caring about the media’s shiny object distraction Epstein.
BTTT
This one could be really major
I am hoping so....but I do not know the fine-print particulars of the issue.
Even FDR warned about allowing federal workers to unionize.
Yes good deal another judge finds out his crown is from Berger King.
WHAT!!!! ???? YAY!!!
Of course, the injunction is only paused while the lawsuit continues, I’m sure.
People provide us a number of governmental and schools/ colleges/ education union publications. They tend to be heavily- laden with communistic propaganda.
There is a problem in some of today’s labor unions’ ruling councils.
“ Communism is the death of the soul. It is the organization of total conformity - in short, of tyranny - and it is committed to making tyranny universal.”
Adalei Stevenson
“Even FDR warned about allowing federal workers “
Yes .. and then I think it was Kennedy that dropped the ball.
Gov workers negotiating with Gov employees is like
two foxes negotiating on how many of your chickens they will eat.
No one represents the guy who pays the bill.
Not to mention, it creates a self interested voting block dedicated to the expansion of government .
... Go getem Trump ...
(I voted for this)
Top Five Presidents by Injunction Count
Given documented data, here are the top five administrations (others historically had very few):
Trump 1st Term: ~64 injunctions
Trump 2nd Term (so far): ~39 injunctions
Biden (first 3 years): 14 injunctions
Obama (full term): 12 injunctions
George W. Bush (full term): 6 injunctions
For presidents before George W. Bush—such as Clinton, Reagan, Carter, etc.—documented injunctions are generally in the single digits or nearly none up through 2000
Now what about teachers unions? Teachers get to vote for school budgets that typacally are lower turnout and local taxes pay their salaries.
Dems whine some more.
