The Biden Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) hastily shoveled billions in taxpayer dollars to Democrat-aligned green groups without having concrete agreements in place, according to documents obtained by watchdog group Protect the Public’s Trust (PPT).
The documents indicate that the Biden EPA awarded grants under the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF) — a program that shelled out $20 billion to nonprofits linked to Democrat donors and insiders — on a timeline that allowed changes to the terms even after the money was awarded. The Biden EPA had until September 2024 to award the taxpayer funds, and staff were advised to delay outstanding questions and issues in order to meet the looming award deadline, the documents indicate.
“The more information that is revealed about the GGRF, the shadier the entire scheme looks,” Michael Chamberlain, director of PPT, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “The irony is that when federal employees finally start cutting red tape and expediting a process, it’s to make sure taxpayer money is irrecoverable to taxpayers. It’s clear from these documents that Biden’s EPA cut corners to get the money ‘obligated’ before the funds expired on September 30, 2024, even if it meant ‘finalizing’ agreements with grantees they fully intended to re-negotiate later. In the private sector, this is the kind of thing that sometimes lands people in jail.”
Although the money was legally committed in August 2024, the Biden EPA mapped out a timeline that extended revising terms and conditions past the September 2024 deadline to “resolve outstanding issues through December 31, 2024.” Another slide notes the looming deadline and argues that EPA staff needs to “accept that not all questions will be resolved prior to award.”

EPA is hustling to distribute all the money in the GGRF and it hasn’t been shut off yet. It was paused for like 6 weeks then resumed, not sure if due to judicial intervention or what.
The EPA has been used as a means to kill domestic production in favor of investors in ventures overseas where environmental regulations are nil. It's a cesspool.
Seems that Bidens staff and advisors routed taxpayers money to their friends and constituents worth billions. Time to do financial investigations into their financial records to see where all the money went after the Biden family was paid off.

The picture beginning to emerge should surprise no one here - of an administration where corruption was so pervasive it couldn’t be rooted out because absolutely everyone had his or her hand in the till. You can’t fire everybody at once, but that doesn’t mean it’s permanent, it just means it’s going to take some time, and that the game plan of the guilty but still employed will be to run out the clock.
Biden? Perhaps we should be looking more closely at just who were Mister Biden's handlers.
One suspects (but does not know) that it wasn't just the folks currently taking the fifth. Might they have been obediently carrying out instructions from... (don't know, maybe congress will find out.)

What made America isn’t Biden or Obama, big government and all their waste, but PRIVATE and FOR PROFIT business that was responsive to the consumer, innovative, and efficient.

—Ask a mechanic if cars are getting more reliable?
—Go to a hotel in the US and see if they offer a breakfast, clean the room every day?
—Call a help desk and see if they can speak English or actually help you?
—Look at product warranties (power tools, etc) today and compare that to 30 years ago.
—Look at the quality of your food in a grocery store.
—Look at how often there are shortages of certain products in the grocery store.
—Ask yourself if YOU and your DOCTOR are making the medical decisions, or if it’s not actually the government and insurance company?
—Compare the build quality on furniture 30 years ago to today.
—Look at the hours stores, gyms, etc. are open today compared to 30 years ago.
—Do you think your kids today are getting a better education than kids 30, 40, or 50 years ago?
—Ask yourself where the customer service is at a store today?
—Ask yourself why you household appliance won’t last longer than about 12-15 years.
You can decide for yourself what the cause of this is.
But one thing is for sure, as a nation, we are not moving in the direction of greater wealth and prosperity, luxury, customer service and warranties. We are not moving up.
We are racing to the bottom, in smaller highly efficient communist cars, but meet government CAFE standards.

The DC democrat criminal cabal has had in place for years kickback agreements with those who run the green energy/climate change scams. Thus, the only reason for the big rush to release billions of taxpayer dollars before Biden existed the WH. They looted it.
Maybe we should go back to cutting off the hands of thieves.
