Trump continued sending weapons to Ukraine when he took office. He is doing that to try to entice Putin to seek peace. If no one arms Ukraine, Putin will think he has a green light to do anything and has all the leverage and will have Ukraine depending on his tender mercies.
One might have hoped that President Trump winning a second term would have meant that we would never have to hear another triumphant, ghoulish howl from Lindsey echoing across the anxious world.
