FBI launches criminal investigations of John Brennan, James Comey: DOJ sources

CIA Director John Ratcliffe referred Brennan for criminal investigation to the FBI, sources told Fox News Digital

Former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey are under criminal investigation for potential wrongdoing related to the Trump–Russia probe, including allegedly making false statements to Congress, Justice Department sources told Fox News Digital.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe referred evidence of wrongdoing by Brennan to FBI Director Kash Patel for potential prosecution, DOJ sources told Fox News Digital.

The sources said that the referral was received and told Fox News Digital that a criminal investigation into Brennan was opened and is underway. DOJ sources declined to provide further details. It is unclear, at this point, if the investigation spans beyond his alleged false statements to Congress.

As for Comey, DOJ sources told Fox News Digital that an investigation into the former director is underway, but could not share details of what specifically is being probed.

President Trump may be calculating that if he delivers an economic turnaround and can restrain voter fraud in the blue and purple states, most of his base will forget the Epstein whitewash. Perhaps prosecuting a few high ranking hostiles like Brennan and Comey may help. The other side may throw them to the winds if Trump doesn't pursue Obama, the Clintons, the Bidens, and top level Democratic donors who availed themselves of Epstein's “services”.

These reactions remind me that sometimes I think many of the posters here are plants but then I think how long they have been posting and think they are old and hard to please.

Whatever is served is never good enough; they were calling for Bondi to resign only yesterday over Epstein and call biased journalist accounts (Loomer, et. al.) investigations.
