CIA Director John Ratcliffe referred Brennan for criminal investigation to the FBI, sources told Fox News Digital
Former CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey are under criminal investigation for potential wrongdoing related to the Trump–Russia probe, including allegedly making false statements to Congress, Justice Department sources told Fox News Digital.
CIA Director John Ratcliffe referred evidence of wrongdoing by Brennan to FBI Director Kash Patel for potential prosecution, DOJ sources told Fox News Digital.
The sources said that the referral was received and told Fox News Digital that a criminal investigation into Brennan was opened and is underway. DOJ sources declined to provide further details. It is unclear, at this point, if the investigation spans beyond his alleged false statements to Congress.
As for Comey, DOJ sources told Fox News Digital that an investigation into the former director is underway, but could not share details of what specifically is being probed.

There’s a five year federal statute of limitations. What conduct is going to fall within that statute so it will be possible to prosecute them? Most of their really bad conduct seems to have occurred more than five years ago.

Most names haven’t appearing in visitor logs have already been cleared of any wrongdoing. In fact, only 4 allege forced inappropriate activity and of the 4, 3 were found to be unreliable. If we are suggesting what you say then we might as well say Patel, Bongino, Bondi, Trump and Vance are lying to cover for a rapist pedophile. There is no middle ground on this. Either they looked at the evidence and there is no there there or they are lying covering criminal corruption.
There is testimony, including previous civil and criminal trials, which indicate that (1) prominent people visited Jeffrey Epstein's Pedophile Island and his New York and New Mexico brothels, e.g. Prince Andrew and former NM governor Bill Richardson; (2) Epstein was identified by a U.S. Attorney as an intelligence asset; (3) there were a lot of videos of the sex acts committed at the Epstein locations, as AG Bondi said in February; (4) both Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell were convicted of sex trafficking, the latter receiving a 20 year sentence; (5) six foot men like Epstein cannot hang themselves from a two foot high bed frame; (6) autopsy results by an independent coroner indicate that Epstein's neck injuries were not consistent with a hanging event.
Jeffrey Epstein was more than just a very wealthy pervert. There is plenty of evidence to indicate that he and Maxwell ran a blackmail operation, entrapping wealthy and influential men. I can only speculate on why Trump, Bondi, Patel, and Bongino have denied what is evident.
So the both may be facing perjury but also conspiracy to falsify a general election. I don't think this one is going away.
