Thanks to Mr. Gunn, I don't have to worry about that at all.
An American married couple found an orphaned baby on their farm and raised him as their own. A child found in such circumstances would be presumed by law to have been an American citizen absent proof of his place of birth or his parents citizenship. None of that could have been known by the foster parents, let alone proven in court. I will miss this movie, as I have with many other recent woke, PC films in recent years.

A while ago, Disney cut ties with the YouTube channel Pewdiepie because of a video he did reacting to pictures. One picture was of a guy holding up an antisemitic sign. People found out that the photo was staged by Pewdiepie, who paid the guy to pose for the photo.
It’s clear that Gunnn didn’t actually push any antisemitic message with his video and that he himself isn’t an antisemite.........but Disney doesn’t want to be the company that pays a guy who pays people to hold up antisemitic signs.
Likewise, they don’t want to be the company who pays a guy that said he rapes children. They don’t care if he meant it. I know those kinds of jokes would get me fired from my job, and I’m not a public representative of the company like Gunn is.
