Canada goes by unscathed for 'Liberation Day' tariffs, all eyes on July 21 deadline

While Canada may not be affected by Trump's 'Liberation Day' tariff deadline for July 9, the two countries still have to work out the details of their own agreement by July 21.

Wonder if President Trump will further help struggling Canadians with the burden of mandated EV’s?

The Canadian federal government has mandated that 100% of new light-duty vehicle sales must be zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs), including electric vehicles, by 2035. This mandate also includes interim targets of 20% ZEV sales by 2026 and 60% by 2030.

Yikes!!
