It means the COMMUNIST method of having their secret police come up to a dissident and take them away without fanfare and without a warrant or notice to anyone. Christians, Muslims, those who speak out against Xi and others are taken away.

We good Americans are not having people disappear for Trump-—we are thankful to have some freedom and rights after all the years of pro-life people arrested, J6 people killed (Ashleigh Babbitt) or taken away secretly to solitary confinement without access to lawyers, and people who spoke out on social media being doxxed, threatened and losing their jobs.
