DHS responds after viral Alpha News report on Kenyan sex offender in state government

"We will get this sicko out," DHS said after convicted sex offender Wilson Tindi was exposed for holding a top job in the state's education agency.

The story of Wilson Tindi, a convicted sex offender and Kenyan national who rose to a leadership position in Minnesota’s Department of Education, has now caught the attention of federal immigration authorities.

After Alpha News broke the story on Monday, it exploded online, racking up millions of views, tens of thousands of shares, and drawing national outrage.

State legislators and major conservative accounts like Libs of TikTok reposted the story, putting pressure on officials to respond.

And now they are.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security issued a statement to Libs of TikTok addressing the case directly, which the agency reposted on its X account:

“Under Tim Walz’s sanctuary city policies, this convicted sex offender and illegal alien was not just released into Minnesota communities but was paid U.S. taxpayer dollars and given access to innocent Americans that could be victimized and harmed. We will get this sicko and criminal illegal aliens out of American communities — sanctuary politicians be damned.”

As Alpha News previously reported, after we reached out to MDE for comment, Tindi’s bio was removed from the agency’s website.

Now, Alpha News has learned that MDE also updated its executive org chart as of June 30, 2025 — and Tindi’s position is now listed as vacant, which was first pointed out on social media.

However, the department still has not responded to questions about Tindi’s employment status or whether he ever underwent a background check.

...

Along with the Minnesota Department of Education, Gov. Tim Walz has also not responded to questions from Alpha News — including whether the state was aware of Tindi’s background, or how a convicted sex offender with an ICE removal order cleared a state background check.

A disturbing track record..

Tindi was convicted in 2016 of sexually assaulting a sleeping woman in her Minneapolis apartment. He was detained by ICE for over a year and ordered deported, but a federal judge later released him.

Tindi has since climbed the ranks of state government, even as he continued racking up legal trouble. Earlier this month he was cited for DWI which he is fighting in court.

Alpha News has reached out to ICE, DHS, the Minnesota Department of Education, and Wilson Tindi directly for further comment. We’ll update this story if or when they respond.

The infusion of the diseased into the national fabric in order to sicken the entire host, on purpose.

What happens in Somalia, U.S.A., stays in Somalia, U.S.A.

Certainly not a shock...

From a state where Tim Walz can be elected governor, one should be surprised at nothing, frankly.

Unless it was a stolen election like the Senate seat that was stolen there a few years ago. That’s possible too...

“””From a state where Tim Walz can be elected governor, “””

Walz gets elected in Occupied Territory of Minneapolistan through massive fraud. He says everything outside the metro area is nothing but rocks and cows.

Minnesota election law says you don’t need to prove who you are to register or to vote. You can say you are homeless and give your address as the nearest park bench. You can bring up to 8 people with you to vote and vouch for their eligibility. Since they can’t seem to read English you can go in the booth with them and “help” them vote. If you work at a homeless shelter you can vouch for as many people as you want. Minneapolistan always seems to have about 100% turnout. Weird... All this information is available of the Minnesota Secretary of State website under election laws.

I suspected Walz as a Pedo from the first time I saw him with his jazz hands.
