My mom died at 92. She was plump most of adult life and never had facial lines or wrinkles. I am rather thin and was relatively free of major wrinkles til i was mid 70s. They started creaping in at 65

Oh not all of us, I just meant those that loose weight super fast, usually due to illness. Losing lots of muscle - I know I’ve lost a lot so I’m gonna try to lose the last 10 slowly while exercising a lot. Hopefully that’ll help.
I think the low-carb diet is good because you have lots of protein intake.

What happens when a few get going is a bunch more always join in. They think they’ve found some “cause” and don’t really act on anything other than emotion. If you’re an emotionally motivated person and you hear about an innocent woman being gunned down, it will resonate with you, especially if you’re an angry person.
All of these people have underlying anger issues, and the left has certainly capitalized on it. They’ve been fomenting this anger for 11 years.

Oh, my 10 pounds to go doesn’t mean no matter normal weight, just good enough for me. 20 pounds more than my high school and college weight. It gets me right into a decent BMI. LOL and leaves me a buffer for when I get older and sick. The ladies I have seen have had major illnesses and dropped a lot of weight. I don’t know if their fragility is a cause or just a coincidence. I just don’t wanna get there. One poor lady is down to skin and bones and just got breast cancer. I just don’t see how she’s gonna survive a major surgery. I have a list of meals. I’m gonna bring over there, but she prides herself on eating very little. Hopefully she stops that while she is recovering.
I think they’re all working together. The communist WEF/globalists, the cultural marxists and the muslims. Once they take out America, they’re sort out who’s in control. For now, the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
I hope that doggie got a nice steak for supper that night!
