I was thinking today that the number of attacks on Jews this past little while may transfer over to Christians. The jihadists want us all dead - it makes me worry for the many Christmas services that will be going on. I hope they have armed members at the doors and in the sanctuaries. It’s just getting so evil out there.
I’m not sure what started it but at the church is here two members of the congregation are always at the doors during service services. Armed, this is Tennessee. LOL. I bet the preacher is armed as well.
And if you’re new, they stare at you and try to figure you out. Ask me how I know.

We hope several in our congregation are armed. We know for sure there is one, but most likely there are others. TN too.

Yes; we all are well in this house. Except that our cat, Maris Crane, began to limp last night. Will have to keep an eye on that. Busy Sunday yesterday.
Like many other FReepers, when I heard about the Reiners, I immediately thought about the Hackmans. (I wonder how that ended up. Two months after their deaths nobody still has claimed the bodies.)

Just waking up and saw your n judy post re: Reiners - killed by son . Without knowing the details, but knowing the Reiners very liberal politics, I’m sure the Apple didn’t fall far from the tree. Most of the kids of the Hollywood liberals are mentally unstable. In my opinion.
It’s a few that can divorce themselves from the parents and culture there can turn out to be decent human beings

Judy you asked it helps— yes definitely! I’ll never be free of pain due to severity if problems but am getting significant improvement. I still sit to prep n cook. Work in garden. Smart work helps. Never surgery Every adult over 50 i know has not had improvement of pain and in many cases worse
My brother case in point. Has had a total of 10 back surgeries. The last two very profound inserting a big amount of titanium. First surgery smaller. 2nd the biggie
When we met a few months ago at cousins for gettogether he showed me the invoice from first “smaller “surgery. $250,000 . Second surgery $ unknown but guessing significantly higher

He is a case in point of someone who never questions what a doctor says. He has had every vaccine and update imaginable. I’m thankful he’s still alive, but he is continually sick with colds and supposedly Covid. He claims to be GOP, but he hates Trump.

About 10 years ago there was a church shooting where the shooter went to the front of the sanctuary and starting shooting — with a long gun, IIRC.
The video recorder was in the back of the church, and it clearly caught several ladies — mostly old ladies — pulling guns out of their purses. That was GREAT!
I heard this morning that the son had turned to Islam. IDK if true. He’s Jewish, so ... weird.

It amazes me that people don’t seem to be catching on - they’ve never made their diabolical plans a secret! I don’t buy the whole “peaceful” muslims thing either. There’s no such thing.
