It seems that this entity is separate from the legislature. I would think the best thing to do is directly approach that committee however possible. The leg session is over for this term, but I would imagine that getting in touch with the governor might get more answers. I hope Brooks will bring it up to him, but have no idea how that works when they aren’t in session.
I have a friend who tutors students in reading, etc, and he is totally appalled by the state our schools are in and how little teaching is actually being done. He does what he can and has at least 40 students, but he is one man. They need REFORM!
