Federal judge Randolph Moss has ruled that President Trump’s declaration of an invasion at the Southern border, which successfully reduced illegal crossings by 99.9%, was illegal and must be rescinded. The invasion, he says, must be allowed to resume. It turns out that even if America is being flooded with hundreds of thousands of military-age males, a federal judge has the power to declare it illegal to stop.
There are a lot of conservatives who recklessly call for judicial rulings they don’t like to be ignored. I have fought against that; it would be hugely destructive to throw out our constitutional balance of powers for the sake of a temper tantrum.
But it is 100% not acceptable for a traitor on the federal bench to side with invaders in abolishing America. Period.
I have confidence that the Supreme Court will reject this insane ruling. We should act as quickly as possible to make sure they do.

Judge Randolph Moss wants to reopen the border to invaders from around the world.
Federal judges who use their position to advance a political agenda cannot be allowed to hold their seat.
Judge Moss is not acting in good behavior and should be subject to removal.

Sad day in TX. State Board of Education approved an Ethnic Studies course today for high school that teaches -
1. George Washington was a terrorist leader & his army were terrorists.
2. Christian missionaries kidnapped Indian children and sent them to re-education camps to become Americans & Christians.
3. US Congress paid US Soldiers to scalp Indians.
SBOE suspended board rules to pass this course b/c the board recieved the course from Texas Education Agency 4 days ago & it was never put out for public comment. SBOE can fix it, but it will take 2-3 years.

I'd venture to say that is the same case for Andy Biggs.
If the rains keep up, and it is declared the Monsoon season, we are on track to be just like I remember our weather many years ago.
It never failed to start raining around the 1st of July.
We always had a house full of family and friends with lots of kids and dogs.
The floors in the house were always one muddy mess but they washed.
They’re grandstanding. If this doesn’t pass now, they will just help the rats sink the ship.

CONGRATULATIONS AMERICA! The June Border Statistics are in and, once again, they are the LOWEST RECORDED NUMBERS IN UNITED STATES HISTORY. The U.S. Border Patrol reported ZERO releases of Illegal Aliens into the Country. In addition, Customs and Border Protection only had 25,243 “Nationwide Encounters” throughout the entire month, which is absolutely STAGGERING, considering the Biden Administration was “encountering” tens of thousands of people every single DAY. America’s Borders are Safe and Secure, and the entire World knows it. All we need to do is keep it this way, which is exactly why Republicans need to pass “THE ONE, BIG, BEAUTIFUL BILL.” We still have Radical Left Judges trying to open the Border, and defy the Supreme Court, which is why Republicans must be smart, strong, and never let these Crazed Judges turn us into a Third World Country. The Men and Women of Border Patrol, ICE, and CBP are doing an amazing job but, they need more help and, they are counting on Republicans to, GET IT DONE!
