65,000 calls went unanswered to a hotline for unaccompanied illegal migrant children from 8/23-1/25 the Biden White House had set up after it opened the borders and after the Biden team gave more than $6B in taxpayer $$ to 15 UN agencies and 230 nonprofits to handle them. But after the Biden team led by Alejandro Mayorkas launched this NGO conglomerate network, children were delivered to poorly-vetted sponsors, the Biden-Harris administration then failed to ensure proper follow-up, and NGO officials boosted, and in some cases, even doubled their pay, House Homeland Security found.
More than 320,000 illegal migrant children are unaccounted for in the U.S. interior, with law enforcement warning about labor and sex trafficking. The NGOs helped the Biden-Harris administration avoid the bad optics of releasing these children often to strangers, lawmakers warn.
Here’s more from the hearing about a week ago:
‘Staff [overseeing the children] were hired without completed fingerprinting or thorough background checks.’
‘Male staff were found inside female dorms.’
‘A contractor led 150 teenage girls, minors in sexually explicit dance routines, teaching them how to twerk. He did it twice—once at the facility’s ribbon-cutting, and again months later—before an on-site compliance officer demanded intervention.’
‘Children collapsed after being subjected to massive vaccination protocols with no parental consent and no clear medical follow-up.’
‘Two compliance officers discovered a female housed alone in a dorm who was over 18 years of age. Endeavors was shielding her from ICE. In other cases, UACs on the verge of turning 18 were released early to avoid ICE transfer.’
‘A former ICE employee with a background in case management, serving as a contracted compliance team lead was actively stonewalled from reviewing child placements.’
‘An Endeavors employee..raised concerns about too many children being sent to a single address was terminated.’
The Endeavors nonprofit cited got 97% of its funding from federal or local grants. Another NGO Southwest Key Properties in Texas got 99% of its funding from federal grants.
In 2020, Endeavors reported $52M in revenue. But in 2021, it reported $658M in revenue––a $600M increase in a year under Biden.
In 2022, the Biden team with Mayorkas gave it a record $1.18B in funds. Endeavors officials are now accused of padding their pockets, as the compensation for the CEO doubled.
Southwest Key, the Texas non-profit paid taxpayer $$ to house illegal migrant kids, took a big $3B in grants from the Biden administration, but then boosted executive salaries by up to 139%, the

NGO Endeavors got caught taking $18M a month in taxpayer cash to run an empty migrant facility in Pecos, TX. It got its taxpayer cash after a former Biden top aide joined it in early 2021 and helped it win and secure a no-bid sole-source HHS contract for overflow housing from licensed care facilities.

Well starting out to be a humdinger of a weekend. Hubby fell at the dog park and broke his wrist. Has a bruised rib. Ugh.
He was leaving and a really happy puppy got between his legs and our little Woofie got tangled up in the leash playing with new puppy, and the next thing he knew, he was falling into the grass. No head injuries, thankfully. But also busted glasses and a hearing aid.
It’s not even 11am EST and I’m already dead tired.

Glad hubby didn’t hit his head, didn’t need that for sure.
Praying he heals quickly, and you get some quiet time.
I remember when they shut down the asylum in our area.
It was a lifeline for people (especially vets) who could not afford to go to a psychiatrist to get their meds adjusted, stay there for a few days, and came out well-balanced.
The nurses and physicians who worked there were top-notch.
After the place closed some people who were being well cared for ended up on the streets, committed crimes, or committed suicide. SAD.
