I say that, not as a “Virtue Signal” but just stating fact. LOL.
I think my life is better for it.
When we decided to get off cable over 10 years ago, I thought I would never like using Roku and apps, took a while to get used to but now I love it.
If I miss something that I think is important and want to watch, I usually can find it on Rumble.
I sure don’t miss all the garbage we had to pay for on cable.
I know I could watch things on my laptop, but I prefer the bigger TV screen.

We have the same story as Gran, on cutting cable and going Roku.
Took years for me to convince hubs to cut the cord.
Easy for me, since I only watch RAV, RSBN and Rumble, for what little I do watch.
He insisted on DirecTV streaming…for sports. I’m okay w/that, as it gives me Newsmax and Faux, for the occasional (POTUS) interviews I want to see.
And, as for the tv … I had one in college that NEVER got plugged in, except for three days when I had a terrible flu and watched Dr Zhivago…it has been great watching all of the Trump rallies on the “big” screen 😍
