It was one of the final questions to Tulsi, asking why the DNI heads did not pursue this 5 years ago during President Trump’s first term.
She seemed at a loss for a reasonable explanation at this point.
I think I caught this correctly because Fox discussed it with their post-briefing panel and I’ve seen this mentioned in a couple of my usual online sites.

I think it is possible that underlings were witholding information from the various DNI’s. There were 5 or 6 DNI’s during Trump’s first term.
That seems to be the conclusion as to what happened in withholding this treachery, Weston.
It also sounds like President Trump was facing such an enormous amount of resistance that much if not all of this evidence was suppressed.
They’re so corrupt, one investigation isn’t enough.

BREAKING: Maryland federal judge Paula Xinis has just issued an order that will block ICE from arresting “Maryland man” Kilmar Abrego Garcia upon his release on bail in Tennessee for his federal human trafficking charges. Judge Xinis is also ordering a 72 hour pause on any effort to deport him to a third party country without “sufficient notice” and “due process”.
Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran illegal alien alleged MS-13 gang member and alleged repeat wife beater, is facing federal human smuggling charges in Tennessee, and a judge there is deciding whether to release him pending trial. The government had indicated it would take him into ICE custody in Tennessee if he was released pending his federal case.
Judge Xinis has now blocked the Trump administration from taking him into ICE custody upon his release.
