Sorry to ask, but which one is Ethel and which is Lucy?š¤
Should we tell ‘em, Ethel?

Well, legacy media may be intent on ignoring Judge Boasberg's comments to Chief Justice John Roberts revealing the anti-Trump bias held by the judges on the D.C. District Court, but it appears the Senate Judiciary Committee took note! 1/ pic.twitter.com/l7Zow3AyK3ā Margot Cleveland (@ProfMJCleveland) July 17, 2025

The Federalist
Federal judge James Boasberg advised Chief Justice John Roberts and some two dozen other judges that his D.C. colleagues were āconcern[ed] that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts leading to a constitutional crisis,ā according to a memorandum obtained exclusively by The Federalist.
Judge Boasbergās comments reveal he and his colleagues hold an anti-Trump bias, for the Trump Administration had complied with every court order to date (and since for that matter). The D.C. District Court judgesā āconcernā also went counter to the normal presumption courts hold ā one that presumes public officials properly discharged their official duties. Apparently, that presumption does not apply to the current president, at least if you are litigating in D.C.
Judge Boasberg and his colleagues prejudged Trump as a scofflaw. The reality, though, is the president has shown great restraint in the face of an avalanche of lawless lower court orders.
In fact, recently released emails related to the case before Judge Boasberg confirm the Trump Administrationās intent was and remains to obey all court orders ā even those lawless ones. Those emails came to light after a whistleblower made spurious allegations against Emil Bove, whom Trump has nominated to serve on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
As Sen. Chuck Grassley, the Chair of the Judiciary Committee, noted yesterday, āBove telling subordinate DOJ litigators, in advance of anticipated litigation, to avoid a court order that negatively impacts a mission is inconsistent with instructions to outright ignore a court order, and entirely consistent with Boveās sworn testimony.ā And at his confirmation hearing, Bove, under oath, attested that he has ānever advised a Department of Justice attorney to violate a court order.ā
The Trump Administration has been doing its part [to follow the law], but the lower courts remain rabid in their attack on the rule of law ā and now we know that at least some judges are likewise flouting their obligation to remain impartial or recuse from the case when they arenāt.

Where did my photo disappear to? I did review before postingā¦promise. LOL!
Did you use Postimage?
I have had trouble at times with that site.
Exercise and weight loss are probably being recommended/ordered for POTUS.
Heāll have to quit his job at McDonalds š¤£
No McDonald’s fries that is for sure.
How about he walks the golf course between holes instead of riding in a golf cart?
No, it was Fotki and when I previewed the post everything showed. Very annoying. LOL!
šØBREAKING: Karoline Leavitt just announced that President Trump has reviewed and OPPOSES Maria Salazar’s Dignity Act that would give mass amnesty!
“The president made it clear he WILL NOT support amnesty for illegal aliens.”
Deport them all!

“Trump has reviewed and OPPOSES Maria Salazarās Dignity Act that would give mass amnesty!”
Thank heaven. If he were to be receptive to it that would be two monstrous consecutive screw-ups and MAGA would NOT get over it.
Bannon had Kari on talking about this, will have a press conference at 7pm EDT tonight....

A Voice of America Employee has been Indicted for Threatening Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene using phones at the VOA studios to threaten Greene and her staff.
The phone calls came from inside the VOA studios and control room where threats were made to the district offices of Congresswoman Greene over a 15-month-period. The indictment says the VOA employee threatened to kidnap and use firearms to kill Greene, her staff and their families. The calls started in Oct. 2023 with the last call coming the day after President Trump was inaugurated.
VOA employee, Seth Jason, was arrested early this morning. He will face a judge this afternoon. If convicted he could face nearly 20 years in prison.
As the Trump Administration official overseeing VOA, I thank
@JudgeJeanine Pirro for taking these threats seriously.
I am sickened by what Congresswoman @RepMTG, her staff, and their families had to endure as the threats persisted for 15 months! It angers me that a taxpayer-funded VOA employee would use taxpayer-funded equipment in a depraved way to threaten the lives of people, including an elected official.
If he is found guilty, I hope he is sentenced to the maximum amount of time behind bars.
The alleged actions leading to this arrest illustrate only a small part of the past rot at Voice of America and the U.S. Agency for Global Media. President Trump wants the agency eliminatedāI agree with himāit’s time to shut it down.

Lock. Him. Up!! And, throw away the dam key.
How could it have taken 15 months to track this guy down when he was making the calls from a government phone? Iām glad they finally got him.

I certainly hope so. The Trump
admin has already rescued 35,000 trafficked children who are being interviewed and recorded for future charges against their traffickers.

As Bannon explained, the Capitol Police hate MTG.
Remember she was om the side of the J6 Patriots, went to the DC gulag to call attention to their plight.
The CP didn’t get their butts in gear till Trump became President again.
