Eyewitness video of the flooding in Ruidoso right now. A very dangerous situation. The village has been through so much in the last year or so. The National Weather Service has advised those in the area to seek higher ground immediately.

We used to enjoy Ruidoso . Sometimes when we raced horses we used go there and enjoyed it
