It is a Story because some details are unclear, such as if he ordered the gates opened and/or POLITICAL prisoners released, would his guards comply?

Factually, Israel destroyed the gates with explosives.

It seems likely Israel would have destroyed the gates regardless if they were open or closed.

Farzadi probably believed this and didn't risk his life signaling compliance to Israel's terms and he got away from the prison safely.

The source told Fox News Digitial that after receiving the message, Amir contacted his uncle, who then drove to the prison to get his father, Farzadi. The two were seen speeding away from the area moments before the airstrikes began. Farzadi has not been heard from since, according to the source.

And he knows enough to stay missing.

Good story I hope some political prisoners escaped. Trump went ego-tripping nutso ending this so soon. Israel needed another week of pinpoint attacks on Iran.
