The comments have lit up Twitter/X, where many are cheering ACB for slapping down KBJ's flimsy arguments in a way that only she can:

Ruth Ginsberg was a hard core leftist but she was very smart and talented legal mind. Elena Kagan has a pretty good head on her shoulders as well and a solid resume.

Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown are DEI morons who are hack judges that do not belong on the court. Sotomayor at least puts on a pretense at being an upstanding Supreme Court Justice but Ketanji Brown is just plain an embarrassment.

Jumanji's dissent in this case (read the whole thing) makes it clear that she - and whoever appointed her - are both dangers to the republic. She openly claims powers not granted while declaring Marshall's "power to say what the law is" now includes the power to make up laws out of thin air.

Gorsuch is probably the worse. He was a Anthony Kennedy clerk, and he was actually on the court with Anthony Kennedy for almost a year, and during that time he was significantly to the left of Kennedy even I don't know where this myth about Gorsuch started. He belongs to a leftist church, it's no secret.

For decades, conservatives hated Kennedy and loved Scalia, I never understood why so many conservatives flipflopped and love Kennedy and ignore or hate or ignore Scalia.
