LOL!

My local library system has got ELEVEN copies, paid for at full boat, no doubt.

A payoff - Seat Two is a dirty corrupt grifter.

My brother’s library in Mesa has two copies.

For a very long time, these book deals and speaking engagements for judges and politicians are often nothing more than legal loopholes for payoffs, kickbacks, bribery or manipulation.

Who is paying for private lavish travel of Supreme Court Justices.. ? .. no reason judicial travel and gift reporting should remain exempt from accepted standards.

Every library in the country has one or two copies at $35 of YOUR taxpayer dollars.

The bargain bin price is $2.99.

That is where most of those books go to sit on a dusty shelf. I remember years ago when some book of Hillary Clinton’s was released. The local law library purchased a dozen and sent constant reminders to employees for a month that the books were available. One day I went and check and all books were on the shelf and none appeared to have been checked out at all.

I’ve known about this grift for decades - I was a library page when I was 17.

“ Lovely One”?

That’s what her name means translated to English.

God help us if we all started referring to ourselves by the positive associations of our names!

I’m assuming she didn’t mean it ironically.

Meanwhile, I can't get an agent for the memoir I wrote all on my own. I've sent out dozens of queries but nobody wants to represent me.

Among other things my book chronicles: two mental illnesses, multiple involuntary commitments to psychiatric hospitals, attempts of suicide, tragic death on the family farm, abusive parenting, child rape, spiritual warfare that defies science, betrayal, midnight ritual in a church cemetery, being the subject of a Bill Cosby joke, gunfire, flying to Australia with $100,000 of George Lucas's money, premonition about 9/11, getting involved in a swindling operation, running for public office that got international notoriety, being a filmmaker... all that and other stuff.

If that ain't more life than that of a DEI hire for Supreme Court justice, well... let's just say that I sure could use one of those sweet advances!! :-P

And oh yeah, my book makes three references to Free Republic. Maybe THAT is what is making agents run :-P

You know that when someone like Rush Limbaugh or Michael Savage wrote a book that the sales figures were legitimate. Savage never used ghost authors. Even dedicated liberals are not interested in the musings of a professional writer ghosting for some Democrat, especially one below the Carter, Clinton, or Obama level.
