I would love to see Curtis Sliwa as Mayor but that seems pretty remote in a city that votes in socialists.
My shocked face....😴
This would set a horrible precedent for rest of the country.
New Yorkers richly deserve what they’re voting for.
It’s pretty baked in. Mamdani will be the next mayor. Adams will get a boost here in his independent bid. That’s the only real play left, Sliwa to drop out and Dems and Republicans unite behind Adams, bit that would not be enough. NY is hopeless.
In the City Council races Anthony Weiner is running in fourth place with 11 percent of the vote.
NYC will be an example for all to see why socialism does not work.
Yep.
NY has ranked choice, so it wont matter if Mamdani wins. Cuomo will easily beat him in the runoff
NYC has had any number of socialist mayors. This is the first guy who admits it. He is an unaccomplished moron, like AOC
This is a ranked choice mess up so final results will not be known tonight.
The Demonicrat voters are determined to destroy New York City. All sane people should get out before the citizens of New Sodom&Gomorrah meet their deserved end.
“This would set a horrible precedent for rest of the country”
NYC is already a $hit hole. When this Marxists burns it down further and Trump doesn’t bail them out that will be the example to be noted by the rest of the country. At least I hope.
CALL ME SNAKE.
Most sensible people who could leave have already voted with their feet. New York is lost. The gulf between left and right grows wider.
How was this allowed to keep on building without stopping it?
In a more normal election, Cuomo would be the less worrisome candidate, but he has heavy baggage, and it has not yet been forgotten.
Is there a Republican running?
