The IDF identified approximately 20 missiles fired from Iran towards central and northern Israel on Sunday morning, the military announced.
Loud booms were heard across Israel, and Israel's emergency service, Magen David Adom (MDA), said they are en route to at least 10 crash sites. Eleven people have been reported wounded, with one in the Shfela area.
There are initial reports of crashes in northern and central Israel, including in Haifa, causing extensive damage to buildings.
Following the initial sirens, the IDF said that another barrage was fired towards northern Israel, triggering sirens in those areas.
According to the Fire and Rescue Authority, reports were received of hits in the Coastal, Central, and Dan districts, including direct hits to buildings and cars, causing extensive damage. Firefighting teams are operating at the scene.
Rescue teams at the scene of the hit Those being treated include one in moderate condition, a man about 30 years old with shrapnel injury to his upper body. Ten others have light injuries and bruises, MDA said.
MDA teams have been scanning additional sites for addtional people wounded from the impacts.
"This is a scene of major destruction,” MDA emergency paramedic Moti Nissan said on the scene in central Israel.
“Several two-story residential buildings were severely damaged and some collapsed. We arrived at the scene and immediately began searching together with firefighting forces and the Home Front Command. We are prepared on site to provide medical treatment if additional casualties are found during the searches," Nissan added.
Prior to the strike, the military said that defensive systems were operating to intercept the threats.
Upon receiving an alert, the public is instructed to enter a protected space and remain there until further notice, the military said.

I got an urgent text within the hour from ZAKA the charity I support in Israel it read “dozens of impact sites reported”.
The Iranians try to aim for hospitals, day care centers and apartment buildings to kill civilian noncombatants.
US B2s and Israelis aim for precision military targets.
Would have been a shame if some extra bombs would have blasted some of the oh so religious mullahs. Dropping off extra weight before heading home, the pilots could have been applauded for using less jet fuel and helping fight climate change.

I lived through the 1960s campus antiwar and civil rights riots with upside down police cars on fire, and the 1967 Detroit Riots when I was going to college in Detroit. (43 dead, 1,100 injured).
And later the apartment I almost signed the lease for was three doors down from the secret CIA building that was blown up by a bomb. The perp was then on the national FBI 10 Most Wanted List. I must have brushed by that “celebrity” around that time.

Good advice. No telling how many cells “migrated” into the USA under the Obama/Biden regime.
Just woke up thinking....The Dems would never had done this...if every General in their administration said to do it.
