Need to start using a much higher level of force against these people like having armored cars just run right over them if they try to block them...respond with bullets if they shoot fireworks or point lasers at feds.

The city park has always been a perfect assembly area for rioters.
That done, the responses to persons violating Federal security protocols in those areas could be met with the immediate uses of force that you describe.

I lived in Portland, and then Seattle, when Mail In Voting started.
Both states were pro-business and Center-Left when I moved there.
Both have become almost 100% Socialist, since.

I watched many video streams of antifa encamped outside various federal building, doing nightly rioting, arson and vandalism.
the federal leo are out numbered by the number of protesters, and when they leave from inside the buildings, the antifa scatter, and it’s not safe to persue them.
you might say, well, they can bring in leo and surround them, but antifa post look outs, and they warn antifa to scatter if that happens.
the current group of protesters at the portland facility is probably under a hundred antifa, though.. and they’re the ones that stay there late at night, likely because they don’t have any job to go to the next day.
