Israel has launched what it called “preemptive strikes” against Iran and a state of emergency has been declared in Israel, according to the country’s Defense Minister Israel Katz. “Following the State of Israel’s preemptive strike against Iran, a missile and drone attack against the State of Israel and its civilian population is expected in the immediate future” Katz said in a statement. Iranian state media outlet IRNA reported repeated explosions could be heard in Tehran.

It appears that during the Tehran attacks, the air defense systems did not function at all. As for Natanz, the situation is unclear. There are unconfirmed reports suggesting that air defenses may have been activated sporadically.

But if you destroy all infrastructure to and around those facilities and continue to hit those areas when the muzzies try to regroup it seems you have neutralized them. If you can’t dig out your nukes they are rendered useless.
Yes, and actually it’s a good time to launch this attack when Russia, China and N.Korea are occupied in a coalition of sorts in the Ukraine mess and the US is out of it. I hope the Ayatollah gets his due reward and that the non-Shiite Persians stay safe.
