“For the first time in modern U.S. history, we are witnessing purely vindictive and retaliatory actions being taken against non-partisan civil servants who simply performed their jobs consistent with law and policy during prior time,” said Mark Zaid, a Washington lawyer who represents government whistleblowers.”

Pull the other one.

I’d be running a business on the inside. It’s normal to show houses, for example, in the evenings. So, you can set up all your paperwork while inside and then go show houses when you leave here.

...

“And at the D.C. U.S. Attorney’s Office, the interim top prosecutor fired or demoted dozens of assistant U.S. attorneys who had won convictions against hundreds of rioters who assaulted the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.”

They’re really not listening to themselves are they...

For the first time in modern U.S. history, we are witnessing purely vindictive and retaliatory actions being taken against leftist civil servants

They don't know what verdictive is. They don't live in the private sector world. I've got nothing but contempt for millions of of these corrupt bureaucrats looting the taxpayers. Look at the leadership in California. These people are flat-out Communist! And they're all over government at every level. The public servants became the masters!

Enough!

First time? I think not.
Vindictive, retaliatory actions? Nope. Just selecting the best suited for the President’s agenda and leaving these a$$hats on the sidelines.

If he was a whistleblower lawyer, he sure did a terrible job at it.

These filthy lawyers knew they were politically persecuting simple protestors by stacking ridiculously overblown charges on them. The judges and picked juries knew it too. The guards who abused the J6ers were also part of their torturing mistreatment of the victims. All deserve to be locked up for many years. And forced to sleep on straw mats while being denied any medical treatment. See how they like it.

These are people whom the Trump Admin has determined are hostile to its agenda. It can’t fire them, so they are paid to do nothing, which is less harmful than allowing them to undermine the Trump agenda. Apparently, several thousand government employees are now getting paid administrative leave to stay home and do nothing. This is government efficiency!

Non partisan my Aunt Fanny.

I have a problem with them being on the payroll at all. If you can’t fire them transfer them to Nome AK on the bad check detail.

At least these lawyers can get out by resigning, unlike those sent to the REAL Siberia in the old USSR...

Most (or at least many) of those New York City ‘teachers’ send to their Rubber Room weren’t just ‘incompetent’ (which likely wouldn’t leave any ‘teachers’ if that were a standard there), but rather were sexual perverts who had to be kept away from kids. Something that is conveniently NOT MENTIONED in the story.

Also not mentioned is the fact that they cannot, by law, be fired, even though they’re (obviously) unable to act to advance the elected administration’s interests.
