Philadelphia police clashed with people protesting the Trump administration’s accelerating deportation efforts Tuesday night in Center City.
A clip circulating on social media shows an officer pushing demonstrators before tackling to ground a masked protester dressed in black. The Inquirer posted a video that appears to show a PPD officer kneeling on an individual’s head and neck to subdue them. Both pieces of footage were taken on East Market Street.
Law enforcement said two demonstrators and two bicycle officers were treated for minor injuries. Fifteen adults were arrested, with the most serious allegations against a man set to be charged with aggravated assault on police, according to the PPD.
Everyone else was arrested for disorderly conduct, authorities said. In addition, a police car was vandalized with spray-paint, the department added.
About 150 protesters showed up, police said, at around 4 p.m. Tuesday outside the Federal Detention Center, at 7th and Arch streets, where U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is currently detaining more than 40 people. They marched to ICE’s Philadelphia field office, at 8th and Cherry streets, and back, law enforcement added.

No, people clashed with Philadelphia police. Once again the media gets it wrong (intentionally).
Here’s how I see it...
This gonna continue to flare up in more urban areas. Local law enforcement will be hard pressed to keep up with professional protestors and junior terrorists who are hellbent on mayhem.
Trump (or the governors) will have to possibly call out the Guard to try to restore order. Trump may have to call out Army and Marine units as needed.
Word will get out (aided and abetted by the media) that all of this could stop if only Trump would listen to reason. Of course, the soccer moms will eat this up. In their minds, it was Trump that started all this trouble and not the criminals and agitators.
Public pressure will cause some of his advisors to press for Trump to back down.
We can remind them that te 1st clearly protects “peaceable” assembly. And like colossal retards, they auto-reply, “These are mostly peaceful protests man!” as their MSM reports assaults, arson, looting, freeway blocking, etc.
There is no reasoning with these people. Crush them.
They broke our law coming here and are breaking it now, so no surprise.
Nobody wants to clash with Philly police. Nobody sane anyway.

Anyone know about all of the people arrested over the last 5-6 days during these riots if they’ve been released already? Nobody is mentioning this.

I know most of this trash are paid Leftist agitators, but it’s really hilarious to see them going apes**t to undermine and destroy the people on the bottom rung.
Which, I think, is why you don’t see a whole lotta black people joining the party - just a smattering who undoubtedly hit the screaming tour all the time, no matter what the issue.
But it’s really comical. And the two sides DON’T get along: all those neighborhoods in South LA like Compton and Paramount were basically ethnically cleansed by Mexican gangbangers back about 25 years ago when the Invasion really got under way.
No love lost there.
Paid professional agitators won’t be happy with anything less than very disruptive riots. I don’t see them letting up and Trump cannot allow an intensification of chaos. Given his current approval ratings on immigration there’s no reason for him to back down. JMHO

The liberal media is working overtime to make this look like a national protest against Trump deportations, sad really.
Funny though how it seems to be making his poll numbers actually go up, next will be a bunch of obviously cooked polls.
