Congress should have taken care of this decades ago.
We do not despise Congress enough.

Michael Mann would probably miss the mark with a firearm just as badly as he missed with his “hockey stick.”

At the end of an interview with legal insurrection last week, there’s a point that was very interesting. “If the of Roberts Scotus continues, one day there will be a Republican preaidential candidate that run on the platform of arresting the Scotus, and he might win!”
Funny, I advocated for Trump to send Roberts to GITMO during the 2020 Big Steal. I'm always ahead of the curve.

Trump needs to active the RIGHT WING ASSASINATION SQUADS. Coupled with Martial Law, it would be easy pickings and after about a thousand or so Uniparty critters are bagged, Trump could govern thru his term and then the Marxist overthrow of the government will happen. He might as well get in the first shots.

Congress should remove executive orders review from all courts but the SC.
Congress doesn't need to do that. A proper application of original jurisdiction places these in the Supreme Court, and they can then assign them to inferior courts as they choose.
