a five-year effort that was supposed to help modernize Pakistan’s failing electric utilities.

And why am I being taxed to fund this?

Launched in September 2010, the five-year program was designed to facilitate improvements in Pakistan’s government-owned electric power distribution companies through interventions and projects addressing governance issues, technical and non-technical losses, and low revenue collection.

Would you invest your personal hard won money in this situation?

note the low revenue collection problem.................

Sutton was a Logistics Operations Manager for a contractor

*************

A contractor? How about a little more transparency about who that was?

You are taxed in the hope that Pakistan does not fall to mullah regime. So they try to prop it up. But Pakistan is the most radical islamist country, with more madrassa’s than any other country. Even Osama was given refuge there. Taliban was conceived and created and supported by ISI in Pakistan. Only difference between an islamist terrorist and moderate muzzie is, the moderate one only celebrates the terrorism without participating in it.

I know it and you know it. But these foreign aid packages are excellent vehicles for money laundering. Politicians love it.

A good two days.

* That execrable Congresswoman was arrested for assaulting ICE
* The once second highest admiral in the Navy was indicted for essentially taking a bribe for awarding a contract
* This UK citizen extradited to the US and leads guilty to USAID corruption

$100 grand? These are the people who get prosecuted, At a system cost of 2.4 million.
The people who Escape prosecution are the ones we get away with 10 million, preferably 100 million.
