The University of Washington slammed the "offensive and destructive behavior" of activists who ignited dumpsters and occupied a campus engineering building, and said it opposed antisemitism, as police arrested around 30 of those involved.

The activists said they were pro-Palestinian and fighting for the university to end its relationship with Boeing over the manufacturing giant's dealings with Israel amid the war with Hamas.

Boeing contributed a lot to UW engineering, including hiring many grads when they were based in WA. They gave $10 million for that particular building I believe.

I am sorry, but some local context is required.

Yes these students have been arrested and paperwork send to the King County prosecutor. Unfortunately, the City of Seattle, where the UW campus is located, has an agreement with King County. The City of Seattle only handles misdemeanors, which King County handles the more serious crimes. The King County prosecutor is famous for letting people walk free and not charging them. The prosecutor believes in criminal diversion programs to keep the police records of “harmless youths” from being a problem in their future.

The people who vandalized the Engineering building will likely face no consequences for their actions, unless.....they are charged with State crimes (UW is a state institution) or federal crimes (there was federal research grants at the engineering building and there is potential for federal charges); but both are very unlikely in the Soviet of Washington and its bluest city, Seattle.

I don’t believe them. They allowed it to go on.

Nothing will change until the prosecutors and judges are removed.

For the safety of the country and its citizens as soon as possible. These are El Salvador Prison level wrongs that the judiciary is committing.

It was an ANTIFA training exercise. They were getting out of practice after entering radio silence while the deMS-13 were in charge.
