I think you have something there. Just appoint every ICE and Border Patrol, rank corporal and above, as a immigration judge. Hold the hearing on the spot that the illegal is apprehended. Then out the gate.

It says the qualifications must be LL.B., J.D., or LL.M. degree but they should add a commensurate experience with immigration matters which would admit a bunch of ICE and BP agents

This may be one case where I agree with the ACLU. It’s kind of shitty to allow these international students to come here to earn degrees and then cut them off. The Administration should have just ended visas for prospective students. Now, if the students are radicals, commies, Hamas, etc., please kick them out.
