Some Familiar Supreme Court Justices Joined Libs in Blocking Further Deportation Flights

The U.S. Supreme Court ordered the Trump administration early Saturday to halt the deportations of at least 30 alleged Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act.

“The Government is directed not to remove any member of the putative class of detainees from the United States until further order of this Court,” the order reads.

Two justices, Clarence Thomas and Samuel A. Alito Jr., dissented.

The Trump administration was preparing to deport the Venezuelan men, immigration advocates said Friday as they scrambled to find a federal court they could persuade to step in and block the removals before it was too late.

Attorneys for the detained migrants pressed federal judges in Texas, Washington and New Orleans, as well as the Supreme Court to intervene

It looks like the only way to get rid of the invaders is to totally shut them off from everything. Take away their government ATM cellphones.

Illegals have more rights than citizens in the courts. The citizens wanted immigration laws enforced and the courts thumbed their nose at them.

the live just need to stall things for a few more months, then the media will start praising the next rising star- we will call him President Camacho. He will come riding in on his 3-wheeler and his handlers will executive order all of Trumps proposals into the waste bucket. I hate to call it this early but I’m thinking we are going to have more of the sand until the wreckage of the American Totanic rests on the bottom.

We need to build a SuperMax prison in the middle of the remotest region of the United States. Maybe West Texas or in the Boot Heel of New Mexico. Make it high tech so minimal guards needed. Individual cells, minimal human contact. Drop every illegal criminal in there waiting a hearing. Have a Court Room in the prison to expedite removal. Basic requirements by law. Limited visitation, 23/7 lock down, only outside communication is lawyer. One phone call per month etc….

Win, win, the ACLU scum get what they want, we create new jobs, construction, prison staff. Build it near a one horse town and watch the community bloom.

We then need to make ACLU lawyers go missing to El Salvador under some Enemies of the American People's Act. God knows I don't advocate violence but I absolutely despise the ACLU. It only represents liberal causes and screws over citizens.

They cheapen American citizenship by giving it to everyone. Trump ought to drop off some of these thugs in the SCOTUS neighborhood? Let them lose a loved one who is raped and dismembered and see how annious they are to hand our rights over.

If they are here & entered illegally from another country, then what’s the problem? That seems to be all the evidence needed to deport them. Any further evidence they are criminals in other ways is extraneous.

Build north of Nome AK, model prison on CenCot. 4 tier stainless steel bunks no blankets, no pillows, no sheets, no books, no TV, no radio, no internet, no library, no gym. One wash basin and one toilet per cell, half hour exercise, no phone. Prepared meals given out one at a time in cell service. 80 convicts or so per cell.

Like the MS13 guy from MD had been declared by courts on two prior occasions to be here illegally. What does it take to make this stick? Due Process is not fully afforded to illegals.

Keeping someone in a high security prison means spending enough each year to send him to Harvard. I think a few tents in the desert, a water cooler and lots of barbed wire would be better.
