The Tennessee Star learned on Wednesday that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged member of the Central American gang Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) who was deported to El Salvador under President Donald Trump amid legal action claiming the removal was by mistake, was suspected of being engaged in human trafficking by a Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) officer who detained him in December 2022, leading to the discovery of his name on a terrorist watch list.
The Star learned from sources familiar with the incident that Abrego Garcia was stopped for an unknown reason on December 6, 2022, and that the THP officer responsible for the stop immediately discovered Abrego Garcia was transporting seven passengers, with eight individuals inside the vehicle.
During a nearly two-hour traffic stop, the THP officer determined that Abrego Garcia (pictured above) was operating the vehicle without a valid driver’s license and began searching for information about him.
One source told The Star that THP ultimately discovered Abrego Garcia was on a terrorist watch list, but could not locate Abrego Garcia on a deportation list. Another source told The Star that THP did not discover Abrego Garcia on a terrorist watch list but that another one of the seven passengers in the vehicle may have been on a terrorist watch list.

It sounds like he was an FBI informant off-the-books, had a deal off-the-books, and his deportation wasn’t supposed to happen.

“According to documents released Wednesday by Trump’s Attorney General Pam Bondi, Maryland police stated in a 2019 report that they believe the Salvadorian was a member of MS-13.
During the interaction, authorities found Abrego Garcia alongside other MS-13 members outside of a Home Depot in Maryland. At the time, he was wearing a Chicago Bulls hat and a hoodie, which police say is indicative of gang activity.
The associates he was with were confirmed MS-13 members and one of them even discarded two containers of cannabis once they saw authorities approaching, according to the report.
Officers know such clothing to be indicative of the Hispanic gang culture,’ a gang interview sheet from the Prince George’s County Police Department stated.
‘Wearing the Chicago Bulls hat represents [that] they are a member in good standing with the MS-13.’
Upon further investigation, Prince George’s County police determined Abrego Garcia was an active member of the cartel.
‘Officers contacted a past proven and reliable source of [information], who advised Kilmar Armando Abrego-Garcia is an active member of MS-13 with the Westerns clique,’ the PGPD wrote. ‘The confidential source further advised that he is the rank of ‘Chequeo’ with the moniker of ‘Chele.’”

They are likely damning evidence as well.
Ok. Think folks. The President of USA tells the President of El Salvador we will pay you X amount to house gang members. Some are your citizens in the US illegally. Keep them as long as you want. We will pay you. Then along comes some azzhole scooped up on a raid he wasn’t the target of and we didn’t mean to send him this trip. He will be coming but not exactly now. Yet we are paying you and he was gonna get there and he’s your citizen. So bearing in mind we are paying you , you feel like sending him back? It really sounds like he may have been employed directly by the Biden Administration to transport illegals all over the US, before they openly started flying them all over. If some of them were children being trafficked it sounds even more plausible.
