U.S. District Judge Mary McElroy knows all about the Weather ,LOL
Obstruction of the powers of the Constitution.
This is how these environmental groups survive , feeding off the taxpayers like Leeches
Appeal it and demand a bond for it.
RI doesn’t get a lot of attention, but its bureaucracy and judiciary are corrupt as heck.
THAT JUDGE IS OUT OF HIS/HER LANE AND LOST IN EXTRA-CONSTITUTIONAL SPACE.
BAN THAT JUDGE FROM USING ALL U.S. GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS, PROPERTIES, FORMS OF COMMUNICATIONS, AND TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS.
Federal judges - except for the USSC - use federal facilities and communications that are on the Executive Branch foundation.
(The USSC building, and its immediately adjacent property “to the curb” are on the Judicial Branch foundation.)
Federal judges are NOT the management of Executive Branch operations.
The Executive Branch - as a courtesy and with some deference - “respects” the LAWFUL Judicial Branch functions that occur on the Executive Branch foundation.
But the federal judges DO NOT have any Constitutional right to operate there, on the Executive Branch foundation.
NOBODY has an obligation to obey any law, any order, that is un-Constitutional.
Extra-Constitutional is also un-Constitutional.
“Legal” is not necessarily “Lawful.”
Follow the lawful; be aware of the foundations.
This is in direct violation of Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution where the U.S. Government GUARANTEES to the states a “Republican” form of government. We the People are given the means, through elections, the ability to have our will carried out. In no way can lifetime appointed judges have more control over our intentions than those we choose to elect as this would nullify the Republican form of government we are GUARANTEED. The Judicial branch gets an opinion, that’s all. It was not given the ability to create law. Without executive branch enforcement of it’s opinion, it is powerless and no one has to obey it. With each power grab ruling, respect for it’s opinion is diminishing.
The judges are obstructing justice when it comes to the fraud and corruption. Arrest them.
Or send them a dollar a week.
Because they are not on our side
Once you realize that it all makes sense.

Yep....keep the money stop going until the beneficiary organizations go out of business. Also, the other way is to go after these judges in how they finance their homes, lifestyle, spend public money, etc. They’re all crooks in some way or another.
Did congress specifically list these grantees in the bill or was it a chunk of money that was up to executive discretion how to spend?
Isn’t it interesting that 90% of the judges appointed to hear the cases against the Trump administration are Biden, Obama and Clinton appointees?
The judges are supposed to be rotated and picked randomly.
