Just two months in, U.S. President Donald Trump’s administration is aggressively challenging judicial constraints on its power, risking a showdown—and constitutional crisis—in which the executive branch seeks to make court orders optional.

Actually, it’s the rogue judges in the JUDICIARY that seek to make ELECTIONS optional. THAT is the crisis here.

Ha! Ha! Ha! I agree. But you see, it’s far more serious than that! What they are saying, and have been saying, is that a child born of individuals who are illegally here is not to be considered a U.S. citizen at birth but an Art. II, §1, Cl. 5 natural born citizen.

The Founders designed the judiciary to be advisory, not dictatorial. Show the relevant founding documents where a judge has the power to over rule the congress or president and compel these bodies to obey. And with what constitutional enforcement power?
