DOGE leader Elon Musk has announced he will be suing former Democrat Jamaal Bowman for his claims that the SpaceX boss is a “Nazi” during an appearance on CNN.
Bowman appeared on CNN’s Newsnight to parrot the false left-wing media narrative that there is an organic groundswell against the Republican Party due to DOGE cuts.
He then made a series of slanderous claims against Musk and the supposed opposition to DOGE, despite polling data showing massive support for the initiative.
“This shows again, the American people do not trust Elon Musk and Elon Musk is incompetent in his position,” the former congressman said.
“And how do we know? Because they fired tens of thousands of people, it was challenged in court, the court said the people have to go back and now the people are coming back.
He’s incompetent, he’s a thief, he’s a Nazi, and people don’t trust him. Period.”
In response to the claim, Musk took to X to announce legal action against Bowman.
“I’ve had enough. Lawsuit inbound,” Musk wrote.
Musk, who has repeatedly condemned Nazi ideology, was accused of giving a Nazi salute while speaking at a Trump victory rally.
However, footage from the event clearly shows Musk pointing to someone in the crowd before raising his fist in the air.
Regardless of the truth, media networks immediately began reporting on doctored clips from the rally to falsely accuse Musk of giving a salute.

Bowman is desperate to get back in Congress - he needs one more term to earn retirement
Good for Elon. Sue his butt off.
Even if Musk doesn’t win, Bowman is facing hefty attorney fees.

Who are the ones defending free speech? Nazis don’t defend free speech. Who are the ones trying to make free speech illegal? That is what Nazis do.
If the wimpy legal system gets him off for only speaking of a public celebrity or something, there should be other avenues.

Called him a thief and a Nazi. It is too much to use such rhetoric. Bowman was wrong. Elon can spend $100 million burying Bowman is legal maneuvers without noticing it went missing.

Most ignorant people have no idea what a hardcore Nazi real is and use this definition rather loosely. I grew up during WW II in a country under Hitler control and have a fairly good idea what it meant being a Nazi. If anything I would say that socialists who like to be called liberals in this country are closer to a Nazi than any republican ever will be. And I hope Elon sues the pants off this guy who called him a Nazi,

How about bringing witnesses to court who were arrested for firebombing Teslas and who will say “I always follow the Democrats like Jamaal Bowman and Maxine Waters who tell us to get into action against Nazis like Musk. And Senator Schumer said to make the Republicans “suffer the consequences.””

Seriously. The last person in the world whom you want suing you is, well, the richest person in the world. He’s got unlimited resources with which to make your life hell, and you... don’t. Welcome to bankruptcy, Mr. Bowman.
