London’s Heathrow Airport has announced a complete shutdown because of a power outage due to a large fire nearby, causing massive disruption to one of the world’s busiest travel hubs.

• Heathrow’s closure is expected to affect more than 1,300 flights, potentially causing disruption for tens of thousands of travelers. An airline analytics firm estimated that “upwards of 145,000” passengers could be impacted.

• The airport is warning of “significant disruption” over the coming days. Heathrow said “passengers should not travel to the airport under any circumstances until the airport reopens” and should contact their airline for more information.

• The large blaze near Heathrow will be a “prolonged incident” with disruption for residents in the area expected to increase, according to the London Fire Brigade. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, it said.

I have always thought how simple it would be to cause massive disruption to life with very simple means.

If this is sabotage, then it is likely to be the work of Russia. Britain just announced that they are willing to send troops to the Ukraine.

True. Saber rattling against Russia is not wise. These globalist pieces of sh*t like Starmer are so out of control. They hate their people with all their hearts.

More likely just lack of maintenance due to over taxation, and ineptitude.

Very unlikely imho, as this interupts the daily arrivals of their invasion forces.
More likely "Putin's Fault!". (Just a hint that deploying British special forces to Kursk would not be a good idea?)

Heathrow Airport is CLOSED: Travellers warned do NOT come to terminals with chaos exp 🔥

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14521965/amp/Heathrow-Airport-CLOSED-fire-travel-chaos.html

Heathrow Airport will be closed all day on Friday - sparking worldwide travel chaos and days of mayhem for hundreds of thousands of people.

The UK’s busiest airport has been forced to shut after its main electrical substation exploded and set alight less than two miles away in Hayes.

Around 200,000 people travel through Heathrow every day and the chaos from today’s closure is also expected to have drawn out effects over the weekend.

At least 1,357 flights have already been cancelled, diverted or delayed. Some planes already on their way London managed to land at other UK airports.

But dozens of flights have been diverted to Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Lyon and other European cities.

More than 16,300 homes in west London are also suffering from blackouts as the fire at the electrical substation continues to rage.

The busy airport, which sees a plane land or take off every 45 seconds, announced its closure at 2am on Friday and ordered passengers not to come to its terminals.

I am not sure, Professor Fai Mao.

The members of the globalist power elite, like Starmer, really despise their powerless countrymen with all their hearts.

Believe me, here in Germany it’s just as bad, if not worse😞

Heathrow got rid of its diesel back-up generators and replaced them with a “net-zero” system. The system is designed to work along-side the main system rather than replace it in an emergency. Of course, the first time it is needed to perform on its own, it failed.

True. Saber rattling against Russia is not wise.

Would be just like Putin to authorize a terrorist act. And maybe even not claim responsibility.

Oh, good gad. Now they're blaming the Rooskies...

Counter terrorism police probe Heathrow fire amid claims of Russian sabotage: Substation blaze fits the pattern of Putin's disruption attacks in Europe, and exposes 'vulnerability' in UK infrastructure, say experts

Meanwhile, how many countries in Europe have instituted a draft...?

Your blood and treasure first, Europe.

BTW, top on my list of suspects would be your Deep State.

Pssssst...The call is coming from INSIDE the house.

“Heathrow got rid of its diesel back-up generators and replaced them with a “net-zero” system. The system is designed to work along-side the main system rather than replace it in an emergency. Of course, the first time it is needed to perform on its own, it failed.”

This has all the earmarks of RUZZIAN AGENTS tricking the Brits into scrapping their back-up generators and replacing them with solar panels (which obviously do not work at night, no matter how bright a nearby fire may be). The report by 51 MI6 agents before the election a few months ago CLEARLY documented this interference.

The question is, what next? The only reasonable response (at least according to Zeepers) has to be World War 3.

Oh, read the comments at the DM’s link.

They’re a hoot.

Those comments don’t bode well for the UK’s Deep State.
