Ask Mizzz Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson ... She gave sworn testimony as to being incompetent to make that definition.
My cat and dog know the difference and they didn’t even go to law school.
It’s a shame that it’s necessary.
And a note on the language: One's "gender" is not "assigned" at birth. What happens at birth is that one's sex is recorded.
Nice. Good job. It’s high time to wrest the language from the Marxists. We are making great strides in this area, simply because people are refusing to be steamrolled.
That’s not a 100% definition because it doesn’t account for people born with intersex chromosome conditions who don’t produce either cell. Some people born with chimeric conditions have the tissue meant for producing both. What are the legal consequences for someone who doesn’t meet the definition of either a man or a woman under a law that further insists everyone must be one or the other?
Only about 100 or so cases of chimerism have been recorded in modern medical literature. I suppose you would have to handle it on a case by case basis. Still, it’s a lesser amount than people who have genetic abnormalities.
Ketanji jackson should have attended west virginia schools.
That is defined even before birth and confirmed at birth.
