A federal judge declined on Monday to temporarily restore the Associated Press’ access to some of President Donald Trump’s events, the Oval Office and Air Force One.

that is a shame...
They’ll look for another judge ,LOL
AP can fabricate from without as well as from within.
AP is, essentially, claiming they decide who can enter the White House, and who cannot.

We are told all the time that you can have freedom of speech, but that doesn’t mean you have freedom from consequences.
They can have their leftist style guide. They can call it the Gulf of Mexico.
The President can also not invite them into his presence and his Press Secretary can ignore their questions.
I think the Judge realized he was setting up a confrontation between the Judiciary and the Executive, and leaving the Judiciary in a position they cannot win.
Better to withdraw than to be beaten decisively. A loss here will increase the likelihood of loses on other issues.
You have the freedom to FA, but it won’t shield you from the FO part.
Its not a right for any press body to be there.
Good news.
Yeah, but they won’t have access to the bacon wrapped shrimp, or in Trump’s case, quarter pounders.
Freedom of speech doesn’t mean AP as avatar
Why?
And still ultimately LOSE at SCOTUS!
No one has God given rights to be in the Oval Office apart from the President.
A court has no jurisdiction in this matter. Free speech doesn’t equal access.
