I think what needs to be analyzed is the churn from Nov. to Jan. of the years when the the White House changes parties. So say those months in 2008 when Odunga set up his Politburo. Trump 2016 and Potato in 2020.

I don’t know that many DC probationary employees were residing in the 1-3 million dollar homes in the vicinity.
