Chuck Schumer threatened Kavanaugh with assassination in 2020 over Roe v Wade. Then a Democrat tried to assassinate Kavanaugh in 2022 over Roe v Wade. As I recall, even after the assassination attempt, there was an ongoing coordinated Democrat campaign of harassment and intimidation outside the houses of the non-Far-Left justices.

Schumer appears to have incited an actual assassination attempt.

I had a gut level dislike for Ted Kennedy and Tip O’Neil. I got drilled and partied the nights each went to their rewards. I gotta special party planned for each night when Chuckie and Nancy go. It won’t last as long and I won’t need as much beer but I will party if I out live them. Regards

I suspect there is more to this than just the public threats. Did Schumer have communications with, say, the New York Underworld to ‘do him some favors’ for example?

Unfortunately, there is only one way to find out, and that is to subpoena all of his phone, email, text and other data and review them. Would suck for Schumer if other wrongdoings are found - such as how he got so wealthy in that job.

As much as Schummer complains about Trump having immunity, he also has total immunity if he made those comments in Congress.

Any senator or representative has complete immunity, the constitution gives them a license to lie.

It doesn’t get any worse than that. No immunity, and that even adds to the severity of the criminal charges he faces.
