A couple of disappointments...

(1) Anchor Baby Ban - does not go into effect for 30 days. Does not undo or challenge previous Anchor Babies.

(2) All of the Trump Immigration EOs are based on the yet to be litigated assertion that the current situation on the USA Southern Border is an "Invasion."

To my eye, just a simple challenge to the definition of "Invasion" in this specific context can bring the Trump EOs to a dead stop for months, or even years.

The Refugee Convention, the invaders’ red carpet, must be removed from the Democratic Party toolbox by invoking Article 44.

What does Trump have to do to get the US out from under the Refugee Convention?

Send (or hand deliver) the Secretary-General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres a letter!

****

Dear Secretary-General of the United Nations:

I, Donald J. Trump, the President of the United States, on behalf of the United States, do denounce the 1951 Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees and its 1967 Protocol, as permitted by Article 44.

Donald J. Trump

It takes a year after receipt for the denunciation to become effective.

Trump has been in office a little over a week and here are the criminals that are being deported:

Edgar De La Cruz-Manzo, a Mexican national convicted of raping a child, was arrested by ICE Seattle on Jan. 25.

An unnamed Jordanian national with suspected ties to terror group ISIS was busted by ICE Buffalo/Rouses Point on Jan. 24.

An unnamed MS-13 gang member wanted for murder from El Salvador was picked up by ICE Los Angeles that same day.

Yared Geremew Mekonnen, an Ethiopian national and convicted sex offender wanted for sexual abuse and kidnapping, was arrested in New Orleans Jan. 24.

Vitor De Sousa-Lima, a Brazilian national previously convicted of manslaughter, was arrested in Boston by ICE agents Jan. 25.

Juan Ojeda Chang, 73, a Cuban national, was arrested by ICE Baltimore on Jan. 26 on drug trafficking and weapons charges.

An unnamed Afghan national slapped with an existing removal order with known or suspected ties to a terror group was busted by ICE San Diego on Jan. 27

There are plenty more and this is what Biden and Harris unleashed into America.

“Directs the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security to immediately review and, if appropriate, audit all contracts, grants, or other agreements providing Federal funding to non-governmental organizations supporting or providing services, either directly or indirectly, to removable or illegal aliens, to ensure that such agreements conform to applicable law and are free of waste, fraud, and abuse, and that they do not promote or facilitate violations of our immigration laws. Actions may include:

Pausing distribution of all further funds pursuant to such agreements pending the results of the review

Terminating all such agreements determined to be in violation of law or to be sources of waste, fraud, or abuse and prohibit any such future agreements

Initiating clawback or recoupment procedures, if appropriate, for any agreements.”

YES! NGO’s have been government operations in everything but name so the villains who empower them can escape responsibility for working against America’s best interests.

Mayorkis and his ilk need to climb a final set of stairs to patiently waiting ropes and trap doors. Televised.

The criminal round up is easy, although often dangerous.

The bigger question...

What will Trump do about the 15 million, non-criminal, potential Asylum Seekers?

Since 70% of them and their minor children will vote Democrat, this is not a minor issue.

My prediction - Trump will give them a Path To Citizenship, and the GOP will once again be on Political Life Support, for decades into the future.
