NBC News confirms Vivek Ramaswamy is leaving DOGE and intends to announce his candidacy for Ohio governor.

"And JD well knows that he’s fundamentally invested in mRNA"

If he is in a blind trust he will not know exactly where or how to benefit even if the, as vice president, has the power or influence do so.

"And Musk doesn’t need the money?"

He certainly doesn't need the money, I concede he may want the money but he likely craves public support and adulation more and perhaps these motivated by his own set of values to accomplish tasks.

How deluded am I?

By definition I'm hardly the judge

Why is it called Stargate? That name has to do with travel or some such. Weird. Just call it Hal

Yes I did. It has great success. The doctor is brilliant. I sent the article to my sister who has cancer and told her to press her oncologist and primary doctor for it. I will stand behind her too.

A more serious note, I suppose my delusion is rooted in the unrelenting anxiety over our national debt and deficits, a fear of the bond market revolt that spins off into a debt spiral.

A sober analysis of our debt situation concludes there is little basis for optimism to believe that we can dodge this fiscal bullet. We are $36 trillion in debt, we are racking up deficits at an irresponsible pace of more than $2 trillion a year, and we are close to the point where the bond market loses confidence in order to fund purchase of new bonds needed to roll over $10 trillion debt that comes due this year alone.

Although Donald Trump did not run on fixing this problem, he ran on the border and he ran on inflation, he is obviously aware of this looming threat, hence, the creation of DODGE and the installation of Elon Musk to cut costs at the fantastical amount of $2 trillion.

It is simply impossible to cut $2 trillion without touching Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and veterans benefits, all third rails of American politics and all places Trump has promised he would not touch. I think he will cut as much as he can in order to gain credibility for more cuts later and for immediate support for the rest of his program.

The rest of his program is to grow by way of productivity increases that correspondingly increase the GDP so that revenues for the government increase enough to cover the deficit. That means the economy has to be stimulated which he proposes to do with a tax cut and firing up the energy sector and cutting regulations.

Tax cuts (note plural) short-term will increase the deficit rather than close it even as it is expected they will produce a bonanza of tax revenues later on. So the short run is a problem that Trump must bridge with reforms wherever possible and with jawboning world into believing that he is setting things right. In short, he is in a foot race.

Part of the increase in productivity undoubtedly must come from technology especially the digital revolution and particularly artificial intelligence. Here the role of Elon Musk is critical both as a substantive source of solutions as well as a public figure whose mere presence will inspire confidence in places like the bond market.

It is for these reasons that Donald Trump is the indispensable man and Elon Musk as his choice is nearly as indispensable.

“Stargate seems to be a major promise of the new Big Tech.”

Stargate is going to be a huge surveillance network based on Microsoft software and OpenAI. It is the Beast that will enslave us.

Stargate = AI + mRNA

Add in neuralink and I see two types of humans in the future. Enhanced and Organic.

How many eggs(humans) will be broken in the learning process?

Gotta wonder what RFK Jr thinks about these mRNA vaccines that will be created by AI. Will the multi-year placebo trials be simulated/virtual?

That announcement made me really uncomfortable, too.

mRNA? Is Ellison kidding? From the jab infamy? No way in hell way I ever take that poison. Even Dr. Robert Malone, one of the inventors of mRNA, became vehemently opposed to it.

Ellison....the same guy who said after the New Orleans terror attack that we need AI to monitor everyone so that this doesn’t happen again. BS!

Same guy who offered “free” National ID cards to the government to issue to EVERY American after the Sept. 11th attacks. Hell No!

mRNA is just a platform. It's what is put on the platform that is good or bad.

Oh, they know how to cure cancer (IMHO). They just don’t want to. Big Pharma rule #1: a cured patient is a lost customer. Cancer is too good for the bottom line and the shareholders, dontcha know!

So when they announced thin $500B program, I think it would have been better to tell us why this one is good from a medical perspective.

You are not the only one feeling uncomfortable. I have felt uncomfortable about the whole AI thing. I see it’s the same for many others who have posted here. I was especially alarmed when mRNA was thing was mentioned.
