It has been announced that President Biden will.make a farewell speech to the nation on Wednesday, January 15 at 8pm Eastern Time.He will.speak from the Oval Office at the White House.

Straight answer: The same as his speech when he stepped down from running for President. Biden will use talking about America as a lead in to talking about himself and how great his career was more than Obama used the word "I" during his speeches.
Real answer: I have not wanted to care what that future dementia patient has had to say since it became as obvious as a lighthouse lamp in the face the 2020 election was rigged and January 20th can't come soon enough.
