Some time ago I saw a piece on youtube posted by a Canadian TV network. It told the story of a 60+ year old widow who was scammed out of $2 million by a guy who claimed to be a Navy Seal Secret Agent on a secret mission in Asia. e was always asking er for $20,000....$50,000 etc.

Several years ago I got approached by a female "romance fraudster" who was a true artist of her "profession". She acted secretive about her identity, but provided me with a non-revealing picture that I used to perform a reverse image lookup on Google. From those search results I learned that she was supposedly an internationally renowned female bodybuilder and "bikini model".

After I communicated a few more times with her, including by phone, she mailed me a "token of her appreciation", which was a nice necklace pendant with a Christian cross.

I was almost convinced. :O

That gift probably came from another person being scammed. They will tell a person a relative is sick and would love a small gift. This creates a network of victims that creates a sense of legitimacy

When I tell Justin Beiber about this, he won’t be able to believe it. Well, I won’t be telling him in person as we have not been able to meet yet, but I will email him ... along with sending the small amount of urgent funds that he needs.
