And, how do you receive a ‘blanket pardon’ if no charges have been filed....yet?

Is this a lifetime pardon?

A president can pardon for any crimes the offender MAY have done. But not for future crimes.

I’m pretty sure you can’t receive a pardon for crimes you haven’t been charged with. Well, I guess you can receive a blanket pardon, but it won’t stand in a court of law. Much like the deal Hunter almost received until a judge stepped in and said this isn’t legal.
