President Biden is commuting the sentences of nearly all the inmates on federal death row, a move that comes not even two weeks after he went through with the "largest single-day grant of clemency" in American history, the White House announced Monday.
Of the 40 inmates on federal death row, according to DeathPenaltyInfo.org, Biden is commuting 37 men sentenced to death, reclassifying their sentences to life without the possibility of parole.

Congress is unavoidably Constitutionally feeble when we as a nation arrive at certain situations.
This being a great example of one of those situations!

Our vaunted constitutional system of government -- which nominal "conservatives" seem to almost worship, if perhaps rather idolatrously so -- simply doesn't work in the way you'd like it to work in this instance. Biden is President, and what's done here is done. Period. Full stop. End of effing story. Sorry, but them's the facts, jack.
Biden is a dementia patient nothing he does is legal at this point.
Congress should probably take it up in committee sometime during the next term. See what might be done to avoid Wilson/Biden-style shenanigans in the future. Maybe propose a Constitutional amendment.

One heinous criminal raped and killed two little girls,(younger than 12), then killed a young woman in the navy. He didn’t commute the sentence of the Boston Bomber, or the killer of the prayer group meeting in a church.
What you say seems dead right.
But filtered through the lens of positive Constitutional law, it probably doesn’t ‘win the day’, so to speak.
if you dont like our constitution, and yes i revere it as the best form of gov ever invented..you can MOVE to any other utopia of your choice
( a choice other citizens of other countries like N.K. dont have )
