Students were given a chart showing examples of "dominant" identities—like being white—and "subordinate" identities—like being black—and separated them by "manifestations of social oppression," such as classism, racism, and heterosexism. Effectively, the chart shows that straight, white, Christian males are dominant over everyone else. Or, put another way, everyone else is subordinate to straight, white, Christian males, according to the chart.

Universities could be useful if we (Christian conservatives) were simply able to seize their assets, buildings and deport faculty and staff. Then we could go back to curricula that meant something: math; science; technology.

They clearly view us as the master race. Our superior genetics give us unfair advantages over all lesser peoples.

I would write. This assignment is racism and sexism. As we see in Israel or Syria or India, a majority group does not mean the group that is in charge. Clearly white males are not in charge of many institutions. Those in charge black, women, and sexually obscure are mean individuals who are trying to exact a pound of flesh from those they do not like. This assignment makes me hate this institution. I will take my degree and never return to an institution that hates me. Don’t expect me to promote this school in any way. I will not be at the games or graduation ceremony, The degree will not hang on any wall. And my children will not go here.
Interesting. Here in California, I worked for mostly Latino managers. With AT&T, year, almost half were Latino, 2 were black, two were asian. Pretty much an even mix. Not sure where they get their data from. Sounds like the person who put this all together was the real racist in the bunch.
The irony in this screams. "Indiana University: is "oppressor" and the students are "subordinate groups." The VERB tells the whole story.
"You will, because we say so" is the statement of the superordinate entity, and those who must comply are the subordinates.
